My name is Carey Laubenberg. I have been a personal trainer since 2000. I also have extensive knowledge of both reformer and mat Pilates. My interest in fitness began through my love of distance running. I have completed over 20 marathons including Boston! My approach to personal training emphasizes individualized programming with a specific focus on cardiovascular and strength training. My focus is to safely and systematically advance my clients toward their personal goals.
