AUSTIN POTTER Head Trainer / Performance Coach | Houston, TX
A Houston native and former collegiate football player at the University of Houston, Austin Potter has spent the past 12 years working in strength and conditioning, athletic performance, and fitness. His career began as an athlete and evolved into a passion for developing high-level performance systems and coaching individuals across all levels.
After college, Austin continued his development within the Division I strength and conditioning environment before returning to Houston, where he helped launch and operate an NFL agency and elite training facility. As General Manager and Head Coach, he specialized in preparing professional and aspiring professional athletes for the NFL Combine, Pro Days, and Draft while overseeing day-to-day training and facility operations.
Austin’s experience extends beyond professional sports, with a background in youth athletic development, adult performance, rehabilitation, facility development, and gym operations. He has also consulted with and helped develop training facilities throughout the Houston market, giving him a unique perspective that combines high-level coaching with business and operational leadership.
As General Manager and Head Coach at Full Spectrum Training, Austin oversees the facility’s training systems, coaching staff, and performance programming. His approach is built around evidence-based training, individualized programming, and a high standard of coaching, creating an environment where athletes and clients can train with purpose and achieve measurable results.
